It's Mindnumbing
Why is it that when life is calm and easy I have no trouble coming up with though provoking posts.
But
When life is chaotic and stressed and I have TONS to think about, I can't seem to come up with an intelligent sounding post?
Hmm?
I know, it is a rhetorical questions. But a good question nonetheless.
It's officially been two weeks now since I injured my arm. While it is doing much better, it still is having a lot of trouble. So, back to the doctor I will go. I am so tired of it hurting..and swelling.
My 2 1/2 yr-old has suddenly given up on naptime. He is currently sitting in his crib knocking on the wall calling "Ba Ba". He doesn't call me Mommy. He calls his dad Mommy..and me Ba ba. Go figure.
My writing class has been like riding a pendulum back and forth this semester. There are moments when I am sure I am an awful writer and I'll never get it all..and then there are moments like last night where I am given kudos and told my work is Excellent! If I weren't already bipolar. . .
My husband and I have been improving in our bickering. For the most part of the last 12 years together we have gotten along very well. In fact, as more time has passed we've gotten better and better and compromising and trying to understand each other's side. But the past several weeks...we have been working on our bickering techniques and have been getting really good at those little jabs and veiled insults. I'm about ready to surrender. But with the chaos the house is in because of bad limb (hurt = limited cleaning) I can't find anything still white to wave as a flag.
So see..not all that much intelligence in there...just A LOT in there. I hope everyone is having fun writing every day this month with NaBloPoMo.

Oshee--I've been missing you because for whatever reason your blog does not update on bloglines for me! I saw you around commenting and just thought you were taking a break but finally today I thought I should check for sure. Sorry!
Ya know...I hate being called Mommy. :(
And to all you fans out there, Oshee's RSS is fixed. (Sorry!)
-= The Bickering Jedi =-
Yikes! All of a sudden I realized I'm way behind on your blog, because, like pow, it never showed up in bloglines.
Sorry to hear things have been going poorly. My hubby and I go through bickering phases too - I can totally relate.
I'll pass on the nablopolo or whatever it is. :)
Sorry that you're going through a bit of a rough patch.
Yes, like everyone else my Bloglines just hasn't been working.
Giving up the naptime is so hard on everyone.
