Writing and Life
Hello!
I have finally completed my final draft of a story I posted parts of here previously.
Rather than fill the screen with it now I have posted the story at a past date. You can find it here:

I'm not sure if this is the final revision of it, but it is the one I am submitting for a grade today. I appreciate all the feedback you all shared with me previously.
So, for those of you who wondered..the mystery of the stilettos is revealed.

As for everything else...
My arm is doing better but continues to be a huge bother. Able-bodiness is so taken for granted.
Even in my messy house, we are happy. I've found a counselor for me 10 yr-old (I plan a post all about this soon). My toddlers continually fill me with wonder. Life is good...if tough. I look at my kids sitting at the table..willingly eating leftovers tonight (miracle of miracles..) and I am glad I am where I am right now. Not just physically, but in a more abstract sense. I am blessed in life.
We are looking forward to Halloween and I will be sharing pictures. I love this time of year.

why did i not figure it out!!!!
I know why, I thought of a beauty pagent, but quickly ruled it out cause she was an older lady.Then i thought, maybe she's a has been pagent queen gone nuts.

Enjoyed your story! I really liked the dialogue. I always found dialogue the hardest part of writing a story when I was in school.
Cute story! Loved the ending.
