certitude of discouragement - - is that what poetry is?

the unripped secret drowsed
no ribboned nectar dripped
a certitude of discouragement
excrescently endowed
a dreadful marvel
brooding monochord
tremulous
perpetually deceiving
mouldering excursions
ascribed of weariness

ok..a little unusual i know...but an opportunity to play with words i don't usually use..or didn't know before...
excrescently means abnormal growth
a monochord is an instrument used to find pitch
mouldering means crumbling/decaying
ascribed means the source of..
and certitude...is different than certainty..certitude is an overblown sense of surety
so hopefully you can find some meaning in the poem...i think it makes some sense anyway.
